What's Your Return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is our priority, although each item is quality inspected prior to shipping to ensure that our customers only receive the best , we offer a 30 day refund or exchange* if you receive your item and are not satisfied with your purchase. To obtain a refund or exchange the item will have to be :

  • Undamaged
  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Item must be returned in it’s original packaging with any and all tags attached and intact

Once we have received the item(s) in questions and they have been inspected to ensure that they meet the aforementioned criteria you will be contacted by a customer satisfaction representative to resolve the matter. Soqorro Socorra reserves the right not to issue a refund and or provide you a store credit only.

*The closer you are to the end of the 30 day period increases your chances or receiving store credit only.

Can I Exchange My Item(s)?

Sure you can! Should you like to exchange your item or receive store credit simply notify us and return the item(s):

  • Undamaged
  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In it’s original packaging with any and all tags attached and intact

Once we have received the item(s) in questions and they have been inspected to ensure that they meet the aforementioned criteria you will be contacted by a customer satisfaction representative to resolve the matter. Soqorro Socorra reserves the right not to exchange an item should it not meet the above mentioned conditions.

What About Refunds?

Refunds will be made via the method of payment chosen at time of purchase and returned to the account or credit card that was used. In addition you will receive a refund confirmation to advise you that your refund is being processed within 24hours of receipt of the returned item.
